Burgundy by Reed & Barton Sterling Silver is a very regal design that is inspired by the French nobilty and kings of the Burgundy region of France. It is a heavier weight pattern that has a thick gauge.
The pattern was first manufactured in the year 1949 by Reed & Barton. The pattern was discontinued in year 2015 (When Reed & Barton went out of business) and is no longer manufactured.
It has a sister pattern named Francis 1 that is nearly identical in shape and size, but the interior portion of that pattern is not plain like Burgundy, but instead is adorned with variations of fruit.
